7 Day Free Trial Offer

This offer (the “7 Day Free Trial Offer”) which is made to you by Trilogy Power Pools or TPP. Terms used herein shall have the same definitions as found in the Trilogy Power Pools Terms of Use and Service. This seven (7) Day Free Trial Offer, entitles you to access the TPP Progressive Web app, and further entitles you to register an account on the TPP Progressive Web App, and further entitles you to register an Account on the TPP Progressive Web App, for a Free Trial Period of seven (7) days (the “Free Trial Period), beginning the time you activate such trial period by submitting your payment details. By submitting your payment details, you accept the seven (7) Day Free Trial Offer, amongst other provisions, in so agreeing you further (i) consent and agree to Trilogy Power Pools using payment details in accordance with its Privacy Policy, as may be amended from time to time, and (ii) acknowledge and agree to the Trilogy Power Pools Terms of Use and Service and Free Trial Terms and Conditions. Upon the Expiration of the Free Trial Period, you automatically agree to the terms of a Trilogy Power Pools account, your account will be charged for the first month subscription, starting on the 1st day of the free trial using the payment information given; unless, prior to such event, you use the interface in your account under “Profile/My Subscription” to terminate your account or opt out of the TPP Progressive Web App. You may only use this seven (7) Day Free Trial Offer once. Trilogy Power Pools reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to withdraw or modify the seven (7) Day Free Trial Offer, the Trilogy Power Pools seven (7) Day Free Trial Terms of Use and Service and TPP’s Revenue Sharing Agreement at any time without prior notice and with no liability; provided, however, that in no event will your account be charged prior to the expiration of the seven (7) Day Free Trial Offer as set forth at the time of your registration.
